Job Description

We are currently seeking a service superstar with a passion for motivating a Team to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team as Housekeeping Supervisor.

This is a part-time role that will require early morning starts, weekend work and will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in effectively managing all areas of the Housekeeping department.

What you will be doing :

1. Supervising a large team of Room Attendants to achieve our high standards of cleanliness.
2. Proactively inspecting guest rooms, with a focus on providing unique and magical moments for our guests.
3. Coaching Room Attendants throughout the daily operation, providing feedback to enhance the quality of their work.
4. Coordinating all work activities on a shift-to-shift basis, ensuring all department procedures are followed and daily tasks are completed according to the company standard.
5. Ensuring all team members (and self) handle all amenities, chemicals and equipment according to specific instructions and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
6. Conducting regular checks of all areas of the property to ensure that all facilities are being cleaned and maintained according to Work Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications

1. Exceptional attention to detail with previous Housekeeping leadership experience.
2. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
3. A quick thinker who can think on the spot to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible.
4. Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
5. A person who is not only a leader but also a team player, that will be hands-on in order to see their team succeed.
