POSITION PROFILE

Providing direct support to the Director of Operations of France, you would be responsible for:

1. The Operations of the Hotel: planning, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results from all Hotel Departments.
2. Direct and inspire the high performance of hotel teams, continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.
3. Ensure the smooth implementation of the procedures and policies of Melia Hotels International in alignment with the strategic plans.

REQUIREMENTS

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as Hotel Manager.
2. Luxury approach, boutique hotel expertise & easily deal with important personalities.
3. Hostess profile, person able to be front the operations and guest focus.
4. Sunny and warm personality.
5. 360 degrees of Hotel Operations knowledge.
6. Expertise in luxury Hospitality would be desirable.
7. University diploma / degree, preferably in Tourism (or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies).
8. International experience is preferred.
9. Functional knowledge of all department operations.
10. Attention to detail & a passion for excellence.
11. Demonstrated ability in Human Resources Management & Talent Development.
12. Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
14. High geographical flexibility is preferred.
15. Spanish or Italian, English language (verbal and written) is mandatory and basic/medium French.
16. Able to reside in Paris (France).
