• A 16th-century boutique hotel that celebrates the Parisian lifestyle through art.
• Experience the history, elegance, and charm of Paris from an unrivaled location, just meters from the beautifully restored Notre-Dame Cathedral. This luxury hotel is the closest to this iconic landmark.
• The Meliá Collection features luxury hotels; this one offers cozy accommodations with the main treasures of the City of Light right at hand.
• This 16th-century boutique hotel was the home of renowned Simone de Beauvoir and is inspired by the masterpieces of Joaquín Sorolla. Maison Colbert Meliá Collection pays tribute to history, art, and the Parisian lifestyle.
• It boasts evocative rooms (some accessed by a pretty staircase) set around a charming courtyard, with French cuisine and signature cocktails at Café Clotilde.

POSITION PROFILE

Providing direct support to the Director of Operations of France, you would be responsible for:

• The operations of the hotel: planning, coordination, management, supervision, and analysis of results from all hotel departments.
• Directing and inspiring the high performance of hotel teams, continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality, and productive processes and workflow.
• Ensuring the smooth implementation of Melia Hotels International's procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as Hotel Manager.
• Luxury approach, boutique hotel expertise, and ability to deal with important personalities.
• Hostess profile, capable of overseeing operations and maintaining guest focus.
• Sunny and warm personality.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Expertise in luxury hospitality is desirable.
• University diploma/degree, preferably in Tourism or related Hospitality and Tourism studies.
• International experience preferred.
• Functional knowledge of all department operations.
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
• Ability in Human Resources Management and Talent Development.
• Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High geographical flexibility preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish or Italian, English (verbal and written), and basic/medium French.
• Ability to reside in Paris, France.
