About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Hotel Booking Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a Hotel Booking Agent, you will assist customers with booking hotel accommodations, answer inquiries, and provide excellent support to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and related services through phone, email, or online channels.
  • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information regarding hotel options, rates, and availability.
  • Address customer concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners to resolve issues and improve booking efficiency.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel services and destinations to offer the best recommendations.
  • Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, booking accuracy, and response time.
