Description du poste

Amadeus has built an extensive portfolio of solutions for hotels and hotel chains: Central Reservation System (CRS), Sales & Event, Service Optimization, Guest Management, BI, etc., with the objective of offering a modular and integrated platform with innovations such as Products & Attributes.

In this context, the Customer Solution team leads customer engagements, assembling solutions that enable hotel chains to unlock their distribution channels while focusing on their key differentiators and remaining competitive. Within Amadeus Hospitality, we are part of the Engineering & Technology group, working closely with Product Management and Program Management teams. We stay at the forefront by understanding our customers' specific needs and technical environments.

Purpose

Serve as the primary Solution entry point for a customer or customer segment, analyzing and prioritizing requirements, and orchestrating activities for end-to-end solution development.

Support key deployment, adoption, and customer projects.

Represent the customer or segment with product management to prioritize investments and allocate R&D budgets based on customer priorities.

Contribute to knowledge management and upskilling activities related to content, products, and services for the customer or segment.

Main responsibilities

Lead the solution stream of Hospitality engagements (Project or BAU), developing a deep understanding of customer needs and ecosystems, and collaborating with Solution Managers and TBAs to design suitable solutions.

Identify and involve relevant stakeholders within Solution, System Integration, and Component teams.

Support Product Management's vision by ensuring solution designs are scalable and valuable across all customers.

Coordinate with development teams to ensure features meet customer needs, including:

  • Understanding the business problem
  • Documenting solutions (e.g., IDDs)
  • Reviewing HSDs and ATSs
  • Communicating risks and prioritization

Lead Architecture & Design Review Boards, and develop modules and artifacts for Amadeus products and platform components in collaboration with architects and tech leads.
