Description du poste

Hospitality within office buildings, responsible for creating connections with all occupants of the building through the following (non-exhaustive) tasks:

  1. Reception and management of shared spaces (welcoming visitors and staff according to hotel standards, escorting and tours, handling mail and parcels).
  2. Concierge services and implementation of services for occupants, managing and creating partnerships with local service providers (handling requests via a dedicated digital platform).
  3. Event organization (creating and managing events in coordination with support teams).
  4. Customer relations and communication (ensuring employee satisfaction, liaising with clients, tenants, and managers, reporting issues to technical teams).
  5. Managing meeting room spaces (reservation scheduling, setting up and welcoming staff, technical feedback).

Location: Malesherbes, Levallois Perret

Salary: €24,000 gross annually based on a 35-hour workweek

Hours: 12:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday

You have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to engage with others.

To fulfill this role, you should have a positive mindset, natural cheerfulness, and show unwavering enthusiasm. Training and support will be provided.

Experience in corporate reception, hospitality, or concierge services is required for this position.
