Iredell Davis Behavioral Health is seeking a personable and accountable Housekeeping Lead to guide a hospital housekeeping team. You will work to create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, with emphasis on teamwork and learning.

No prior housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn. You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, perform daily inspections, and collaborate with leadership to meet budget and compliance targets while fostering a positive work

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
