Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Full-time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeeper for the 2nd shift at Lourdes Hospital. The role encompasses cleaning and maintaining patient areas on client premises, with responsibilities including waste transport, restock of supplies, and equipment movement.

This position requires a flu shot, and post-employment medical and background screenings. Sign-on bonuses are offered, and the work is on-site with a standard 2nd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Flu shot required.
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus.
• Medical cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and Transports trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
