Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 1st shift at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. The role involves cleaning and maintaining patient areas on client premises, adhering to safety standards and hospital protocols.

The position offers 1st shift hours (8AM - 4:30PM) with a $18.04 per hour rate, requires a flu shot, and includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Candidates may undergo post-offer screenings as required.

Qualifications

• Flu shot required.
• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
