The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. Expectations are you will be self-starter, team player and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting and developing key practice and hospital based business relationships within targeted regional territory. The targeted customers are Hospitals and Federally Qualified Health Centers. This position will be mostly territory based with travel as required to execute the following:
  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Identifying key influencers and helping to manage pipeline of Hospitals And FQHC
  • Achieving designated call expectations with a focus on key targets as specified by the VP of Hospital Sales
  • Delivering product presentations to customers
  • Regular communication of activities, accomplishments, and future strategies, as needed.
  • Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Familiar with regulations and reimbursement
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Hospital Channel Account Executive Position Qualifications:

Education/Learning Experience:

  • Desired: Advanced degree preferred
Work Experience:
  • Required: Prior pharmacy experience
  • Desired: 2 years of hospital sales experience preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
  • Desired: The ability to understand and comply with all healthcare compliance guidelines and policies, business acumen, strong platform skills and experience presenting to large groups on complex subject matter is preferred. Established with MS products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Required: A valid driver’s license and the ability to utilize moderate travel for required meetings and training.
  • Required: Moderate travel required (50%).
