Description du poste

We are looking for a Home Office Construction Engineer for one of our clients with the following details :

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Duration : 6 months, possibly renewable.

The Service Provider will carry out the following tasks :

  • Drafting Procedures
  • Quantity Analysis
  • Analysis Of The Construction Schedule
  • Definition Of Site Facilities
  • Organization Of Constructability Reviews
  • Review Of Subcontracting Offers
  • Project Support For Construction-Related Topics
  • Construction studies for the costing of proposals

The basic documents made available by company to the Service Provider are :

  • Example of previous studies

Competences Requires :

  • The studies at the expense of the SERVICE PROVIDER require the following skills :
  • Mastery of the specificities of construction activities
  • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software

Quality of the Documentation Produced

The documents produced by the SERVICE PROVIDER must be of the quality required for the tasks defined above :

  • Quality of content (in relation to the volume of information on a given document).
  • Quality in the presentation (in relation to the graphics and the ease of reading of the document produced).
  • All documents will be written in the language of the contract.
  • The Company operational correspondent for the specialty may carry out all the necessary checks to verify the quality of the documents produced and to ensure that deadlines are met, without this in any way diminishing the responsibility of the SERVICE Provider.
