Data Analyst & Search Manager
Location: Colombes, FR

Background And Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to both drive growth for our brands through a thorough analysis of our marketing campaigns performance and continually improve ROI as well as running our holistic search strategy & implementation (SEA, SEO, Social, site UX).
This role has two direct reports, one located in France and the other in The Netherlands, both responsible for implementing local search (SEO, SEA, Social) strategy, monitoring performances, collaborating with the marketing team to drive website updates and supporting the data analyst and search manager during the quarterly performance review.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive Holistic Search Strategy anchoring it into consumer centricity and well as Website
- Develop and drive the Search strategy and implementation for WEH in collaboration with our agency covering Paid search, SEO, Social Search including innovation.
- Data oriented: ensuring tagging, performances are all in place to fuel our Quarterly Performance Review (Digital QBRs).
- Website: Managing the local country digital specialist to drive website optimizations with a vision of the full digital ecosystem.
- Be the expert in digital and media data Analysis, implementation of MMM and MME and lead the quarterly performance review
- Be the reference for data analysis and internal dashboard leveraging key platforms and tools (eg Google Marketing Platform, specifically GA4, SEMRush, ChannelSight, SimilarWeb, DV360) and dashboards (domo, datorama) to reach performance objectives. And highlight optimization fueling the IMC and digital manager as well as the wider marketing community across the three countries.
- MME: lead the Marketing Measurement plan including the implementation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) in collaboration with the digital and consumer experience teams.
- Quarterly: Lead the QBR (format, data gathering, analysis, recommendations) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Implementation of our data driven marketing approach:
- Ensuring our ecosystem is tagged properly to track performances especially on Search, websites, ecommerce pages.
- Working very closely with the CRM manager and IMC & Media manager.
- Representing the WEH in European search, website conversations & ensuring that goals are aligned with digital transformation objectives.
- Upskilling: Educate the marketing and wider team on the usage of these tools and reporting to fuel the brand development and activation.
Experience And Personal Attributes- Balance of outstanding data and analytical skills and strategic ability
- Experience working as a digital analyst, performance media / marketing or acquisition specialist from client or agency side
- Experience in Search with a holistic understanding of digital
- Utilise innovative approaches to quality traffic generation, conversion, acquisition or optimisation
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Works collaboratively, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, while focusing on action and results
- Can do attitude, self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment without full guidance; Resilient and confident
- Eager to take the business to the next level and quick to identify opportunities to do so
- Lead by example and not be afraid to roll their sleeves up.
- Experience in managing a team & can showcase leadership skills.
