Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our HOKA retail environment. You will educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products, staying current on technologies as a HOKA Expert, and inviting customers into the brand community through excellent service.

You will assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, manage inventory, and keep store areas clean and compliant with Brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgably with customers and ensure questions are addressed before they leave the store.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and operate the cash register.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and employee break area and follow safety policies.
• Report to work on time and notify if late or absent.
