To support our continued global growth, we’re seeking a Global Campus Recruitment Lead to attract high-potential early career talent across key business units. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies across multiple regions. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will guide talent acquisition efforts with a deep understanding of global campus trends, competitive positioning, and diversity hiring.

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with JD’s global expansion goals; monitor international market trends and competitor practices to ensure JD stays ahead in attracting top graduate talent.

Forge strong partnerships with top-tier universities worldwide; maintain close ties with career services and student bodies to keep JD top-of-mind among future talent.

Work cross-functionally with global HR stakeholders to drive collaboration, consistency, and results in international graduate hiring.

Streamline and optimise JD’s global campus recruitment processes; experience in Campus or Early Careers Recruitment, Candidate Attraction, and Engagement is required.

Focus on candidate experience and retention throughout the process and post-offer.

Stakeholder management experience - able to engage and inform hiring managers effectively.

Relationship/Partnership management experience with universities and educational institutions.

Prior experience in campus recruitment within multinational companies, particularly in internet, e-commerce, or logistics sectors, is highly preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
