To support our continued global growth, we’re seeking a Global Campus Recruitment Lead to attract high-potential early career talent across key business units. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of campus recruitment strategies across multiple regions. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will guide talent acquisition efforts with a deep understanding of global campus trends, competitive positioning, and diversity hiring.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with JD’s global expansion goals.
  • Monitor international market trends and competitor practices to ensure JD stays ahead in attracting top graduate talent.
  • Forge strong partnerships with top-tier universities worldwide; maintain close ties with career services and student bodies.
  • Work cross-functionally with global HR stakeholders to drive collaboration, consistency, and results in international graduate hiring.
  • Streamline and optimise JD’s global campus recruitment processes.
  • Focus on candidate experience and retention throughout the process and post-offer.
  • Engage and inform hiring managers effectively through stakeholder management.
  • Manage relationships with universities and educational institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in campus or early careers recruitment, candidate attraction, and engagement.
  • Experience in stakeholder and partnership management.
  • Prior experience in campus recruitment within multinational companies, especially in internet, e-commerce, or logistics sectors, is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
