We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a :

Job Purpose:
  • Maintain all radio communications with the helicopter flight crew, helideck crew, and marine vessels on aeronautical and marine radio channels.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute personnel on board (POB) lists.
  • Generate, maintain, and distribute emergency response duty rosters.
  • Ensure all personnel have been briefed and shown safety videos for helicopter and vessel transfers.
  • Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met.
  • Promote NOC core values by being a safety role model, showing trust, respect, and commitment, fostering collaboration across the organization.
  • Promote cost consciousness to embed a strong cost culture.
  • Drive an incident-free environment by establishing and maintaining a strong incident-free culture.
  • Actively participate in and promote company health and safety campaigns, policies, and procedures, ensuring personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety, and Plant Integrity.
  • Maintain the radio room and heli-admin as an alternative emergency response room.
Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

Must hold valid aeronautical and marine radio operator certificates.

You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication skills.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
