Line Producer

We are hiring in Angoulême/Paris.

Since 2004, Blue Spirit Studio has been producing animated series and feature films. We serve as a contractor for projects managed by Blue Spirit Productions, as well as for other producers both in France and abroad.

We are looking for a Line Producer to oversee the general management of a production. Responsible for liaising between the client and the artistic and technical requirements, the Line Producer ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and monitoring production processes, establishing planning and tracking tools in coordination with Studio Management, while considering budget, schedule, and artistic constraints.
• Ensuring budget compliance and monitoring studio team performance on the assigned project.
• Developing project schedules based on resource availability across different studios.
• Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of studio teams to support them from initiation to final project delivery.
• Ensuring correct use of tools and adherence to project-specific processes.
• Assisting in the documentation, drafting, and communication of production documents and manufacturing processes.
• Maintaining effective communication and relationships with clients.
