Job Description:

INDEKA is continuing its dynamic expansion in the High and Heavy transport sector and is currently seeking a skilled Fleet & Business Operations Manager (M/F) to strengthen our specialized trucks carrier operations.

As part of a growing international group with subsidiaries in Poland, France, Spain, Germany, and the Benelux, you will oversee our High & Heavy fleet and play a key role in our strategic and operational development in France and across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the logistical management of H&H specialized fleet
• Ensuring scheduling, dispatching, and timely service delivery for both domestic and international routes
• Coordinating and supervising regular maintenance, technical inspections, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Managing and onboarding drivers with the support of our international Team to ensure operational standards, safety practices, and performance monitoring
• Analyzing fleet performance data and implementing strategies for cost effectiveness and sustainability
• Support management through detailed reporting on operational KPIs, budget adherence, and ongoing performance enhancement initiatives
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners (subcontractors, service providers, suppliers)
• Support business development team with own initiatives and by aligning operational capabilities with sales opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years' of relevant work experience
• General business skills including budget preparation, staff development, and training
• Proven experience in fleet management within international or specialized transport sectors.
• Strong understanding of EU transport regulations and compliance requirements, especially for heavy and oversized cargo.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to build and manage strategic partnerships across European markets.
• Proficiency in using fleet management systems (TMS, telematics, maintenance software) and leveraging data to drive operational decisions.
