You will be joining the Logistics department and monitor our new automated warehouse.

Your day-to-day work will involve :

- Supervising and managing the day-to-day running of the High-Bay warehouse, ensuring optimum efficiency;
- Minimising production downtime in the warehouse by quickly identifying and resolving operational problems;
- Control the overall warehouse management process, including proactive monitoring of conveyor and crane systems;
- Accurately record downtime and perform in-depth root cause analysis to suggest improvements;
- Ensure stock accuracy by carrying out regular checks and unblocking problem situations in the warehouse;
- Maximise utilisation while producing daily reports and KPIs;
- Ensure continuity of operations by replacing colleagues when necessary (sickness, holidays);
- Continuously improve operations and ensure smooth communication with the production team;
- Maintain a thorough understanding of and compliance with organizational requirements.
