We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Content Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for users of a leading social media video platform.

What You’ll Do :

1. Review and categorize social media content and commercial ads based on specific guidelines.
2. Ensure all user-uploaded information complies with client policies.
3. Stay updated on policies, trends, and best practices related to online safety and content moderation.
4. Maintain high-quality and safe experiences for users and businesses.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and policies.
6. Remain knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.

Qualifications

What is Required :

1. Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew.
2. Very good written and verbal skills in English.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of social media.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in our offices in Greece.
6. Proficiency in Windows OS, internet applications, and MS Office.
7. Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is advantageous.
8. Non-EU residents must have a valid work permit for Greece.
