Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Hebrew-speaking customer support agents for multiple projects located in Greece, with several roles offering remote work from Greece. You will communicate with customers via phone, chat and e-mail, track and resolve cases, and strive to maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Hebrew required.

Job description

We're looking for Hebrew speakers for several different projects right now!

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
• Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge/tech savviness
• Resourceful, able to multitask
• Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
