Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is hiring an Advertisers Support Representative to assist SMBs with digital advertising inquiries in Hebrew and English. You will provide both pre-sales and post-sales support, guiding customers on products and tools and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Training lasts 15 working days with a €141.20 weekly training allowance. The role is on-site with a 1-year term and potential conversion to permanent, offering private health insurance and language

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (C1 level).
• Good command of English.
• EU passport holder or local residency.
• Empathetic and helpful approach.
• Strong team-player attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and de-escalation ability.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.

Responsabilités

• Support SMBs with inquiries related to digital advertising products, tools and campaigns.
• Provide customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Guide customers on products and tools to improve the experience.
• Follow up on email inquiries through outbound calls and phone support when appropriate.
• Identify recurring trends and resolve issues affecting multiple SMB clients.
• Deliver a professional customer experience in line with quality and service standards.
