Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Advertisers Support Representative to assist SMBs using our client’s digital advertising services. You will work within a multilingual team, handling inquiries in Hebrew and English across chat, email and phone, providing both pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.

The role emphasizes delivering professional customer experiences, handling confidential information, and adapting to new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew (C1 or higher).
• Good command of English.
• EU passport holder or local residency required.
• Empathetic, team-oriented and able to de-escalate situations.
• Fast learner with adaptability to new processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist SMB clients with inquiries related to digital advertising products and campaigns.
• Provide customer support in Hebrew and English via chat, email and phone.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Guide clients on products and tools to improve their experience.
• Follow up on inquiries with outbound calls to ensure issues are resolved.
