Tandem Health in Paris is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive high-impact integrations between our platform and external healthcare systems across France and Europe. You will align engineers, partnerships, and product teams to ship reliable, scalable solutions.

Based in our Paris office, you will collaborate with the central Integrations team in Stockholm, balance technical detail with product thinking, and translate complex requirements into clear plans and deliveries.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a SaaS/healthtech environment.
• Strong ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Technical fluency: APIs, integrations, data models, and system design.
• Excellent communication and risk management across multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Map external systems against our platform and propose concrete integration designs.
• Coordinate between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders (France team and Stockholm team).
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand APIs and data models and ensure robust solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving.
• Build and improve processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and delivery.
• Provide visibility across stakeholders and support the sales team with technical questions.
