Qualifications

One of the key innovations of ALSTOM is the development of a remote monitoring solution called HealthHub Signalling, aimed at introducing data analytics and leveraging D&IS Service business within this new competitive market.

Purpose of the job:

The HealthHub Signalling is the next generation of monitoring and predictive maintenance of all Alstom Signalling Solutions sold today (currently 50 projects). Developed by Alstom to improve the availability and the Life Cycle Cost of Urban and Mainline Signalling assets and systems. The Integrator team leads the integration and deployment of the HealthHub Signalling solution in close collaboration with business stakeholders, system, and development teams.

Reports directly to: HealthHub Signalling Program Manager

Engineering, Technical teams, R&D, HealthHub, Solutions, projects

Key accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• In liaise with the HH Signalling program team, support the HH Sig deployment and configuration into solutions & projects.
• Investigate technical issues detected in these different integration phases in a multi-site/cross métier environment.
• Be the “first user” of HH Signalling new versions on deployment, configuration & features to reinject corrections/evolutions (REX).
• Propose/develop instrumentation software to ease support and benefit the HH Signalling program team (validation).
• Be the point of contact to demonstrate HealthHub Signalling features to internal & external contacts, setting up demo platforms with real data.

Educational Requirements:

Engineering or master’s degree in computer science & information systems.

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in IT and/or digital companies or software or startups.
• Knowledge of embedded technology.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of Linux environment.
• Good understanding of the Apache open-source ecosystem.
• Knowledge of network and security: SSL, certificates.
