Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Paris is looking for a Senior Associate or Consultant to join our Health Care Practice. You will work with industry-leading clients to shape strategy and transformation initiatives, leveraging digital and data-driven insights in a collaborative, global environment.

You will contribute to innovative engagements across biopharma, medical devices, and health care providers, traveling as needed to meet client needs. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of experience in health care strategy consulting or industry
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with executive management
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English

Responsibilities

• Establishing a digital incubator developing AI & digital projects for a global Biopharma
• Transforming from IT to Digital a Biopharma company
• Designing a mRNA strategy for a Vx player
• Developing an oncology strategy for a mid-size BioPharmaCo
• Integrating a Biotech in a mid-size BioPharmaCo
• Structuring a coordinated global response to drive equitable access to effective & affordable therapeutics for a global charitable foundation
