Qualifications

• Master's degree level education or higher in business, engineering, political science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience or a PhD.
• Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Identify, define and prioritize the challenges clients face.
• Build and conduct analyses to develop optimal solutions.
• Develop strategic recommendations and support implementation.
• Contribute to the development of sectoral and functional centers of expertise.
