Job summary

Archimed, a leading healthcare-focused investment firm, seeks a 6-month internship in Lyon. You will engage in strategy and value-creation initiatives within ARCHIMED’s portfolio and support HR processes across onboarding, training, recruitment, and performance management.

You will work with international teams (France, US, Singapore, Tokyo), receive close mentorship, and own deliverables while operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years' professional experience, preferably in strategy consulting or Chief of Staff roles.
• Master’s degree from a leading business or engineering school, or equivalent.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple workstreams.
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Autonomous, proactive, able to work with limited supervision.
• Interest in private equity, value creation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and attend Management Committee / Partners meetings and portfolio management meetings.
• Serve as project manager and liaison to ensure cross-functional initiatives succeed.
• Perform ad-hoc research and prepare documents to support ARCHIMED’s strategy design and deployment.
