Harristown Inc. & Harrisburg Property Services, LLC in Harrisburg, PA, seeks an Environmental Technician / Cleaning Technician to maintain sanitary conditions across multiple buildings. You will perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and support event setups while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the job.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate using two-way radios.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Ability to multi-task.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms including urinals, toilets, mirrors, sinks, floors, walls & ceilings.
• Restock restrooms supplies. (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
• Remove trash and install new trash bag.
• Clean common areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean tenant office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting (high and low), restroom cleaning, and floor care.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food court, including wiping tables, rearranging seating, mopping spills, and removing trash.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, or equipment for contracted events.
• Ensure a consistently clean and safe environment throughout all assigned buildings.
