Coquille Valley Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to ensure cleaning and sanitizing of rooms, floors, and furnishings in assigned areas. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, assisting with conference room setups, and maintaining housekeeping carts.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of formal housekeeping experience; hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect assigned areas following departmental procedures (dust, mop, vacuum, wash walls/fixtures, empty trash, restock supplies, make beds).
• Set up furniture in conference rooms as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping cart, restock supplies, replace sharps containers, and store equipment properly.
• Respond to emergency cleaning needs in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clinical personnel to determine priority of cleaning in clinical areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
