Vocca, a Paris-based AI voice agent company, seeks a client-facing specialist to expand and service a growing portfolio across hospitals, groups, and multi-site centers. You will drive upsell opportunities, manage a strategic expansion plan, and coordinate deployments with the Deployment team.

You will nurture relationships with medical secretaries, center managers, and practitioners, track usage, and demonstrate impact to secure revenue and retention while collaborating with Product and Sales.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a client-facing role with business impact and revenue targets.
• Proven growth of existing accounts with measurable results.
• Fluent French with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare, AI or B2B SaaS.

Responsabilités

• Grow every account by spotting site openings, new practitioners, and services.
• Build and execute expansion plans for each account from identification to signature.
• Leverage client networks to open new facilities and opportunities.
• Maintain a CRM with accurate, up-to-date upsell data and insights.
