Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Occupational Safety and Health expert to help clients plan, implement and assess safety programs across industries in France. The role emphasizes risk assessment, machine safety, LOTO, ATEX, working at height, confined spaces, and contractor management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and sustainable safety culture.

Fluency in French and English is required for client communication.

Qualifications

• Education/training in occupational safety, health, environmental protection, or sustainability.
• Proven experience as an H&S expert with knowledge of regulations and standards.
• Experience conducting training and implementing safety cultures.
• Strong technical expertise in machine safety, LOTO, ATEX, work at height, confined spaces, contractor safety, and permits-to-work.
• Analytical thinking to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Experience in construction site H&S management is a plus.
• Team player with passion for environmental protection and sustainable development.
• Excellent written and spoken French and English skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate safety training and workshops for customers.
• Conduct on-site risk-based assessments to identify critical safety risks.
• Provide technical expertise and practical improvements for machine safety, LOTO, ATEX, and work at height.
• Identify risks and support preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts.
• Advise clients on implementing safety standards and legal regulations.
• Support clients in risk identification and development of risk-reduction strategies.
• Review and update safety policies to comply with current regulations.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ERM.
• Travel regularly to domestic customers.
