Jobtailor in Paris seeks an experienced Occupational Risk Prevention professional to lead health, safety and environment initiatives across projects. You will develop safety plans, conduct risk assessments and ensure regulatory compliance throughout operations.

You will also train workers, manage documentation, and coordinate with external contractors while driving continuous improvement in PRL, environment and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background is required.
• Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with three specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
• Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PRL functions.
• Experience in elaboration of Safety Plans and governance of CAE platforms.
• Experience in site/construction and electrical hazards knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Conduct PRL visits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Conduct and review risk assessments of different work positions.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to workers.
• Monitor PRL statistics and prepare reports on metrics.
• Plan preventive activities and follow up action plans.
• Define, implement and monitor PRL, environment and quality policies.
• Manage documentation for workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate activities with external companies.
