Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Support the Corporate AMDS H&S Department in coordinating the Health & Safety team, providing domain expertise for project needs and support.
• Manage project execution to meet or exceed requirements, structure activities, identify risks, and pursue optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with H&S experts as process owner for project management, standardize processes, review projects, and share best practices.
• Design & deliver training, workshops, coaching sessions, or internal audits as needed.
• Perform additional activities to improve Health and Safety strategies and goals as required by management.

Profile:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related fields.
• Master’s in Health & Safety from a leading school is a plus.
• Experience in health and safety coaching, operational risks, or audits is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across all levels.
• Results-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in operational excellence or risk management in industrial environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with IT tools.
• Ability to motivate behavioral change.
• Proven experience in similar roles.
• Experience working with diverse and remote teams.
• Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous health and safety experience is beneficial.

Team:

• Direct report to the Head of Health and Safety.
• Part of a team of approximately 15 located across Europe.
• Locations include Luxembourg, France, Germany, Spain.
