Un luxueux hôtel cinq étoiles à Paris recherche un chef de rang pour rejoindre son restaurant réputé, 'L’Oiseau Blanc'. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide dans des établissements de haut standing, avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et une attention particulière aux détails. Vous serez responsable de la supervision des activités du restaurant et de garantir un service exceptionnel pour nos clients.

Qualifications

• Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
• Fluente en anglais et français, connaissance d'une troisième langue appréciée.
• Expérience préalable en tant que chef de rang dans un hôtel de standing similaire.

Responsabilités

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums, and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Head Waiter to join our restaurant L’Oiseau Blanc

• Work for a luxury Five Star hotel on the historic Bund in Paris

Key accountabilities :

• Supervises all activities related to the “L’Oiseau Blanc” restaurant, which includes preparation tasks, training, and performing service as per standards set by the Hotel
• Performs a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service for all guests
• Ensures a consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods
• Anticipates our guests’ needs and requests, and is able to deliver effective solutions to those

General requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent both in English and French – a third language is appreciated
• Previous experience as a head waiter
• Well organized, highly detailed and with a sense of urgency and self-motivation
• Previous experience in a hotel of a similar standing
