We are looking for a Head of Talent Management Europe based in Puteaux

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Talent Agenda

Drive the strategic talent agenda – responsible for the systematic attraction, identification, development, engagement, retention, and deployment of the talent pools.

To ensure that the organisation optimises the potential and performance of the identified talent pool.

  • Define how the organisation identifies high potentials and high performers.
  • Ensure that any risks are identified as part of the talent agenda.
  • Lead the organisational talent cycle and review including the deployment of meaningful talent interventions.
  • Manage the Global talent cycle.
  • Deliver a suite of talent metrics that measures both the talent pool and any associated risks of the talent agenda including succession plans.
  • Facilitate the organisational talent reviews.
  • Ensure the culture of “talent management” is embedded at all levels of the organisation.

L&D Agenda

Drive the strategic L&D agenda – responsible for the systematic development, engagement, retention, and deployment of CEVA logistics talents. Ensure that the organisation optimises the potential and performance of our employees.

  • Lead People Review process and follow-up including talents identification, succession plans and key positions
  • Co-lead the management the management of high potentials and high performers.
  • Ensure that any risks are identified as part of the talent agenda.
  • Lead the organisational talent cycle and review including the deployment of meaningful talent interventions.
  • Manage the Global talent cycle.
  • Deliver a suite of talent metrics that measures both the talent pool and any associated risks of the talent agenda including succession plans.
  • Facilitate the organisational talent reviews.
  • Ensure the culture of “L&D” is embedded at all levels of the organisation.

Organisational Development

To develop and deploy effective learning solutions. To shape the learning and development offer, ensuring all learning is blended with the right mix of face-to-face delivery, performance support tools, on the job learning opportunities, academic qualifications, experiential opportunities, coaching and a suite of relevant e-learning. To drive a culture of learning, high performance, and wellbeing.

  • Design and deliver the development strategy translating the business strategy.
  • Review, design and deploy all learning material.
  • To exploit technology to deliver innovative learning solutions and seamless back-office processes.
  • Design a suite of metrics that measure the effectiveness of learning interventions that have meaning to stakeholders.
  • Through the metrics and a deep understanding of the organisation define the development strategy that will be required to deliver on CEVA’s ambitious growth agenda.
  • Work with the Senior Leadership and HRBP teams to identify areas where development interventions are required and devise programmes to meet those needs.

Relationship Management

  • Provide learning and development consultancy to internal business partners.
  • Supports HR Business Partners in employees’ development and engagement initiatives.
  • Source and engage external providers to support identified learning or development interventions.

Regional L&D / Culture & Engagement Projects

  • Review Regional L&D organisation and facilitate the L&D Community
  • Leverage CMACGM Academy promoting the catalogue and making sure that the Training. Management System is used across the region
  • Work closely with the Global Team on Learning and Leadership global programs
  • Ensure CEVA is reaching his ambitions as becoming Employer of Choice (3 days training on average per employee and per year).
  • Support Beyond 2025 and contribute to make CEVA a more product-driven organization.
  • Lead the deployment of the engagement survey
  • Actively participate to the Global CEVA Talent Management Network

Internal Communications

  • Define and deliver the internal communication strategy, planning and delivery, including priority campaigns, leadership communication & engagement, and employee insight & evaluation.
  • Design a comprehensive and inclusive employee communication strategy.
  • Evolve the Communications Champion role.
  • Drive employee engagement at all levels of the organisation.
  • Responsible for the definition and delivery through the management teams of the Employee Engagement Survey cycle to include planning, implementation and follow up.
  • Define & deliver creative leadership engagement tools in support of the engagement agenda.

Training Facilitation and Delivery

  • Conduct internal programs and workshops, related to professional, managerial, and technical skills.
  • Coach internal line/business trainers in training effectiveness and skills.
  • Manage or control training costs to meet internal training budget requirements.
