Job Description:

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Design the overall supply chain strategy and ensure the operational implementation of validated action plans, with the aim of improving the competitiveness of the company.
  • Manage and develop the team.
  • Coordinate all supply chain contacts, both internal and external, including delivery, reception, and warehouse management activities (collaborate with Warehouse Manager).
  • Organize and synchronize logistics activities according to customer requirements and supplier constraints.
  • Monitor the implementation and execution of logistics action plans and ensure proper application.
  • Supervise customer relations activities to guarantee quality service.
  • Manage QHSE, ISMS, and facility management activities.
  • Participate in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in logistics, transport, supply chain, or production management.
    • At least 3-4 years of management experience.
    • Proficiency in French and English.
    • Knowledge of operational technologies (SAP is a plus).
    • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Knowledge of management tools and performance indicators.
    • Soft skills: managerial skills, time management, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, responsibility, and analytical thinking.
