Sorontar is a team of engineers and scientists building the supply chains our products need. You will work with every department to understand needs and decide whether to make it in-house or source from outside, collaborating with Sentinels across France, Europe and abroad.

As the company grows, you will build your own team and bring several years of experience in diverse industrial setups, including defense.

Sorontar is a team of engineers and scientists working to rearm France and its allies. Backed by world-class defense investors and angels, we are building a universal weapon architecture where software, design and manufacturing come together to produce more, faster and at lower cost. What you'll get to do

At Sorontar, you will build the supply chains our products need. You will work with every department to understand their needs, and for each one you will keep assessing whether we should make it in-house or source it from outside. To do this, you will work with our Sentinels, who can be sent across France, Europe and abroad to visit suppliers and understand what is happening on the ground. As the company grows, you will build your own team.

Your profile

You have seen many different industrial setups, from in-house production to complex subcontracting arrangements, and you know how to judge which one fits a given need. You work in French and English.

Important information

Remote policy: Our work relies on close collaboration and on our ability to adapt quickly, so we have a no-remote work policy.

Contract: We only offer full-time permanent contracts (CDI).

Security and access: Work at Sorontar falls into three categories. Research takes place in restricted-access zones (ZRR) and requires an access authorization. Applied technology builds on known and publicly available technologies and carries no specific access restriction. Programs deliver systems to defense customers and may require a national security clearance.
