Alstom in Saint-Ouen is seeking a visionary Head of Structured Export and Project Finance to shape financing strategies for large mobility projects. You will lead the Structured finance function globally, overseeing project finance, export finance, and related risks.

You will build a high-performance team, manage relationships with ECAs, banks and DFIs, and negotiate with lenders and equity partners, while driving transformations and digitalization across geographies.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in finance, business, engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in structured project finance, including equity investment.
• Experience both in export finance and PPP is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with customers, financial stakeholders (ECA, banks, DFIs), policy makers, and internal business leaders and ability to lead negotiations with ECAs, IFIs, lenders, and equity partners
• Fluent in English and French, with strong strategic, communication and negotiation skills.
• Seasoned team leader, with an appetite for transformation and digitalization

What You Bring

The successful candidate will combine strategic perspective, people leadership, technical excellence, and strong stakeholder management capabilities :

• Postgraduate degree in finance, business, engineering or equivalent.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in structured project finance, including equity investment. Experience both in export finance and PPP is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with customers, financial stakeholders (ECA, banks, DFIs), policy makers, and internal business leaders and ability to lead negotiations with ECAs, IFIs, lenders, and equity partners
• Sound risk discipline and understanding of financing-linked contractual provisions.
• Fluent in English and French, with strong strategic, communication and negotiation skills.
• Seasoned team leader, with an appetite for transformation and digitalization
