Job summary

Alstom seeks a Turnkey & Infra Planning & Construction Director to oversee planning and construction coordination across complex railway projects, from tender to execution. You will drive schedules, align strategies across business units and partners, and ensure on-time delivery with best practices across the organization.

You will act as a design authority, coach global teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process excellence within Alstom’s global operations network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in railway products, services or complex infrastructure delivery.
• Strong planning and construction coordination expertise within multi-functional, international teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Structured, analytical and proactive in proposing innovative solutions.
