A leading insurance and asset management company is seeking an experienced professional to lead global sales strategies and analytics. In this role, you will drive growth by collaborating with various leaders and using advanced analytics tools to optimize market strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a global sales environment, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong analytical background. Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with business growth targets. Lead the sales steering function to ensure effective execution of sales plans and priorities. Collaborate with regional and functional leaders, leveraging sales data and analytics, to harmonize strategies and optimize opportunities in segments and markets. Collaborate with CMO and senior leaders to set & distribute sales targets. Develop quarterly reviews with regional leaders. Partner with LOB leaders to design and execute growth strategies targeting key segments while identifying emerging trends and opportunities. Facilitate the design, development, and refinement of segmentation frameworks to enhance our go-to-market strategy.
Design and develop advanced analytics solutions to support sales decision-making. Utilize data analytics and digital tools to identify sales trends, opportunities, and segment/market penetration. Develop key performance indicators and dashboards to track sales performance. Drive pipeline management and build pipeline data for sales financials and forecasting.
Analyze sales processes and methodologies to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Implement best practices to optimize sales operations and enhance productivity. Drive priorities to improve customer experience. Monitor sales productivity and provide solutions to underperforming teams. Partner with HR and Finance to enhance sales incentive schemes to drive desired behaviors and performance. Oversee the governance and administration of sales KPIs for incentives. Oversee FTE target setting and monitor development. Monitor and recommend cost efficiencies.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales steering and analytics team. Foster a culture of growth, learning, and innovation. Provide mentorship and guidance for professional development. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and LoBs, to study market trends and understand the competitive landscape. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic planning.
Ensure adherence to global sales processes, group policies, and industry regulations. Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place.
