Drive Social Media is seeking a dynamic, motivated Head of Sales Recruitment to help scale our growing sales organization across 5 major markets: St. Louis, Nashville, Miami, Tampa, and Dallas. This is a high-impact role where you'll be directly responsible for building the pipeline of top-tier sales talent that fuels Drive’s growth.

You’ll take full ownership of recruiting for any position in the Sales organization—identifying talent, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless transition into their in market training. This role combines sourcing, interviewing, coordination, and logistical planning, all with a fast-paced, sales-minded approach.

This person has a knack for identifying high-impact individuals who don’t just meet our standards — they define them. Their instincts and precious experiences allow them to spot standout talent who live and breathe the Drive culture, resulting in a team full of the kind of people everyone wants on their team.

What You’ll Do:

Source and engage high-quality sales candidates through job boards, outbound messaging, networking, and referrals

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate fit, motivation, and sales aptitude

Coordinate interview scheduling with sales leaders across markets

Manage recruiting pipelines, track future hiring needs, and maintain internal databases

Post and maintain job listings across Paycor, LinkedIn, and Indeed

Collaborate with the training and operations team to manage travel and onboarding logistics for new hires

Create offer letters and ensure a smooth transition from acceptance to training

Represent Drive at job fairs, career events, and industry networking opportunities

Analyze recruiting metrics and report results to inform strategy
