Job Summary:

As Head of Sales, you will lead and scale the company’s sales department to exceed revenue targets. Your scope covers business development, sales operations, CRM adoption, and client satisfaction—both in retail and B2B channels. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and strategy experience, thrives in dynamic environments, and is capable of driving a high-performance sales team while collaborating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Lead the entire sales department, including Business Development, Sales Admin, and Project Coordination teams.

Build and maintain a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.

Set and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Ensure smooth operations of the Sales Department deliverables.

Implement and manage CRM systems; ensure full adoption across teams.

Track sales activities transparently with weekly performance reporting.

Coach and onboard sales representatives; improve ramp-up time and KPI performance.

Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and logistics for seamless execution.

Ensure high service standards, timely follow-ups, accurate quotations, and client satisfaction.

Analyze sales performance, prepare improvement plans, and reduce cross-functional miscommunications.

Drive a culture of high performance, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience in selling physical goods (e.g. hospitality, ceramics, or premium goods) is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role (retail and/or B2B).

Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to align cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Willing to travel regularly across Bali (Sanur, Uluwatu, Ubud).

Flexibility to support weekend store openings, events, or client visits if required.

For this position, the client’s budget is between 50.000.000 - 70.000.000 /month.
