We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the growth of Coinholds Loans and Index products across the EU.

In this role you will be responsible for shaping and executing the sales vision leading a high-performing team and building lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

You will play a key role in establishing Coinhold Loans and Index products as trusted solutions in the digital finance and capital management space.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard and manage a high-caliber sales team across multiple EU markets
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to product and regional specificities
  • Foster a culture of performance accountability and continuous improvement

Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Define and execute data-driven sales plans that align with company growth objectives
  • Develop and refine the optimal channel mix for inbound and outbound lead generation in target markets
  • Monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics and team performance to ensure consistent overachievement
  • Analyze market dynamics and implement improvements in sales operations and go-to-market strategies

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with high-value clients and strategic partners
  • Identify client needs and create customized sales strategies to maximize value
  • Represent Coinhold at industry events building trust and visibility within the financial ecosystem

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product marketing and finance teams to align on product positioning, lead generation and client success
  • Translate market feedback into actionable insights for product innovation and customer experience
  • Lead the implementation of modern sales methodologies and digital tools tailored to fintech and mining sectors
  • Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfaction across all touchpoints

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Provide regular executive-level reports on sales performance, market trends and strategic risks / opportunities
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to long-term business planning

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5 years in sales leadership within fintech, financial services or investment sectors
  • 2 years of professional experience in the blockchain space
  • Proven track record of managing successful teams and scaling sales operations across multiple markets
  • Experience in developing and implementing GTM strategies and developing region-specific client acquisition strategies
  • Background in working with capital management tools, banking products or investment platforms is highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of EU financial markets and client behavior
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets is a must
  • In-depth understanding of yield-based products in the crypto industry is a strong plus
