We are looking for a Head of Sales France , you'll be the first strategic sales leader on the ground, responsible for transforming early commercial traction into a high-performance local sales team. You'll guide your AEs to success - by implementing processes, setting targets, and building a winning sales culture.

Your impact :

  • Team Leadership & Growth : Lead, manage and coach a growing sales team. Own the onboarding, daily structure, and performance management of the team. Instil a culture of excellence and accountability, while keeping it fun and supportive.
  • Outbound Sales Excellence : Build and refine outbound sales tactics and increase qualified meeting volume and pipeline conversion per AE. Experiment, iterate, and document what works for the French market.
  • Process Building : Implement CRM hygiene, daily / weekly sales routines, and performance dashboards. Define sales stages, playbooks, and ICP messaging for the French context. Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure alignment on tools, lead flow, and training.
  • Executive Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with the VP Sales to localize the go-to-market strategy. Provide input to shape France’s hiring roadmap, market priorities, and performance targets. Be the internal “voice of France” and a role model for local excellence.

Your Profile :

  • Experience : 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, in a fast-scaling SaaS or tech company. Experience with outbound sales and early-stage market building is a strong plus. Proven track record as a top performer.
  • Languages : French fluency required; English proficiency for HQ collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial : Strong builder mindset—proactive, structured, yet operational and hands-on.
  • Team leadership : You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
