A high-growth company operating in the fintech and crypto space is looking for an experienced Sales Director / Head of Sales to lead sales initiatives across B2B and B2C segments. This leadership role is pivotal in defining and executing the sales strategy, managing a global sales team, and driving business growth through direct sales and strategic partnerships.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in sales leadership—particularly in fintech, crypto, or blockchain sectors—and demonstrate a track record of delivering results, building high-performing teams, and scaling revenue operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy that effectively targets both B2B and B2C segments in alignment with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Lead efforts to expand business opportunities and form strategic partnerships, ensuring consistent achievement—or surpassing—of revenue goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven sales team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover emerging trends and customer insights that shape strategic direction and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire sales funnel, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined, data-informed sales process.
  • Regularly report performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders, offering data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years in senior-level sales positions, including at least 3 years within the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and achieving measurable growth through structured strategies and efficient execution.
  • Expertise in navigating complex negotiations and fostering strong, long-term client partnerships.
  • Proficiency in leveraging KPIs and sales data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of fintech and crypto ecosystems, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align sales initiatives with broader business goals and market shifts.
  • Committed to delivering customized, high-impact solutions that address client challenges.
  • Proven experience in building and retaining high-performing sales teams through effective coaching and leadership.
