We’re looking for a strategic and creative product marketing leader to define and execute compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across a suite of digital commerce products. In this role, you’ll shape how the platform is perceived in the market—translating technical capabilities into customer-centered stories that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. You will lead a cross-functional team that connects product development with brand storytelling and commercial success. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and lead the product marketing strategy, including messaging, value propositions, and positioning across markets and buyer personas
  • Craft compelling, customer-focused narratives and storytelling frameworks across touchpoints—from product launches to analyst communications
  • Manage go-to-market planning for product releases, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Create impactful enablement materials for sales, partners, and analysts that effectively convey product value
  • Conduct competitive, market, and customer analysis to support strategic positioning and messaging decisions
  • Lead and grow the Product Marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, clarity, and accountability
  • Own the content strategy for key website sections, integrating product messaging with brand voice
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced marketing qualifications are a plus
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership role
  • Proven success developing messaging and storytelling for both technical and commercial audiences
  • Experience launching B2B software products, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform-based environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complexity into clarity
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a hands-on approach
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to translate them into meaningful product narratives
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus, but not required
