A leading insurance company is seeking a management role to lead the General Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Technology lines in Europe. Job Description
This is a management role and involves leading the RSA Europe General Liability, Professional Indemnity and Technology lines of business to deliver profitability in line with the Company and Group objectives. This role has accountability for the overall performance of the RSA Europe General Liability, Professional Indemnity and Technology Portfolio, including shaping the strategy and leadership across multiple product lines and geographical locations.
You will spend your time leading the development and implementation of agreed business targets, developing and implementing segment strategy, influencing key internal matrix stakeholders, driving through change and ensuring KPI’s and operating targets are achieved. A key aspect will also be monitoring the marketplace to identify, assess and make appropriate strategic decisions about opportunities and/or threats presented by new and/or emerging developments.
