  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans les médias de performance avec 1-2 ans dans un rôle de leadership.
  • Master en marketing, communication ou domaine similaire.
  • Intérêt pour les jeux vidéo, l'industrie du divertissement, ou la pop culture.

Description du poste

Wizenco is a media agency specialized in online and offline media buying within the worlds of video games, cinema, manga, comics, sports, and tech. We collaborate with prestigious brands such as Pokémon, Tencent, Crunchyroll, and Ankama.

Part of the New Vega group, Wizenco benefits from a global ecosystem (events, PR, social media, influence) and also organizes the Paris Fan Festival , a major Pop Culture event.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Head of Performance & Strategy to lead and structure our performance team. Reporting directly to management, you will oversee campaign performance, grow the team, and play a strategic role within the agency.

This role requires a dual skill set : strong technical expertise in digital performance (UA, social, programmatic, etc.) and proven leadership and team structuring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Structuring

  • Lead the performance team with a high standard of excellence
  • Support team development : regular feedback, goal setting, training
  • Anticipate HR needs : reinforcements, recruitment, internships
  • Establish clear, sustainable, and efficient work methods

Process & Tool Structuring

  • Diagnose current workflows
  • Propose and implement tangible improvements (tools, routines, reporting)
  • Contribute to the design of internal products

Technical Expertise & Operational Oversight

  • Provide advanced technical expertise in User Acquisition and performance media
  • Step in on key strategic or sensitive campaigns when needed
  • Oversee performance analyses and recommend optimization plans
  • Enhance tracking and reporting tools (Looker Studio, internal dashboards, etc.)

Client Relations & Strategic Positioning

  • Actively participate in client meetings (presentations, reviews, strategic sessions)
  • Strengthen the performance team’s credibility in client relationships

Platform Relations & External Visibility

  • Serve as the main point of contact with platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage strategic and political issues (certifications, beta access, credit lines, etc.)
  • Contribute to the team’s visibility (speaking opportunities, events, etc.)

Required Skills

Technical Expertise

  • Strong command of UA / social / programmatic platforms (DV360, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Proven experience in performance media : mobile / web acquisition, tracking, attribution
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV…)
  • Solid skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Looker Studio, GA4, etc.)

Managerial & Strategic Skills

  • Ability to structure and grow a team
  • Strategic mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Data-driven approach with effective prioritization and decision-making

Soft Skills

  • Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curiosity and ongoing awareness of the digital and adtech ecosystem

Profile

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communication, digital, or a related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in performance media (UA, trading), including 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Solid background in fast-paced, technical environments
  • Genuine interest in video games, entertainment, or pop culture industries
