Endeavour European Business Operations Manager

We seek a European Business Operations Manager to join our growing international team, working directly with the Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Business Operations Teams to coordinate operations and expansion activities across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and HR on developing and implementing organizational strategies across Europe.
  2. Support the setup and management of European offices and teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, finance, marketing, OEP) to align operations with sustainability and business goals.
  4. Coordinate with the Founder/CEO’s Executive Assistant to handle technical communications and customer requests.
  5. Provide executive support to the Founder/CEO during European hours, ensuring seamless coordination across time zones.
  6. Participate in daily check-ins with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and ensure task progress.
  7. Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements as directed by senior leadership.
  8. Identify operational improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in business operations, project management, or technical business functions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Technically proficient, comfortable with technical issues and customer needs.
  • Quick learner with analytical thinking and a passion for sustainability and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Motivated by challenges, capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.
